To give you peace of mind and certainty in your booking, we have established the following payment conditions and cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review this information carefully before confirming your reservation.

Reservation and Payment:

1.1. When reserving your stay at Cal Calau, the reservation will be made by phone or application form.

1.2. The reservation will be confirmed by the house once the request has been received.

1.3. Payment will be made in the house on the day you leave.

Reservation Confirmation:

2.1. Once confirmation is received from the house, the reservation will be secured for you.

Cancellation Policy:

3.1. More than 6 days before the reservation date: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.

3.2. 5 days or less before the reservation date: No refund will be made.

3.3. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a possible exception to this policy will be considered at the discretion of Cal Calau management.

Check-In and Check-Out:

4.1. Check-in is available at 15:00 and check-out can be completed until 11:00.

Return Policy:

5.1. In case of partial or total payment refund, this will be done using the same payment method used for the reservation.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

5.3. In the event of disputes or discrepancies in reimbursement, these will be dealt with fairly and quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibility of the guest:

6.1. It is important that guests adhere to Cal Calau's rules of use and coexistence during their stay.

6.2. Any damage caused by non-compliance with the rules will be the responsibility of the guest.

6.3. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises
